Dr Dipen has done his Paediatric training at Nanavati Super speciality Hospital, Mumbai. He has done fellowship in Neonatology at Surya Mother and Child care Hospital NICU, Mumbai which is one of the biggest tertiary care neonatal units in India. He had worked at Setu NICU in Ahmedabad as clinical associate for 2 years. He further up skilled his Neonatal experience at Tertiary Neonatal Unit at Perth Children’s Hospital, Western Australia and King Edward Memorial Hospital, Western Australia which are internationally recognised training centre for Neonatology, Neonatal Transport and Neonatal surgical care. He has acquired skill and adequate experience of retrieving critically ill & extremely premature babies, while working as a Senior Neonatal Transport registrar with NETS WA (Neonatal Emergency Transport Service Western Australia). He has been involved in formulating standardized unit protocols based on research and evidence. He has vast experience in managing multidisciplinary neonatal condition involving neonatal super specialities. He is proficient in counselling and providing support to parents of critically sick patients.
